LE CUIROT, Rachel (née Woodman) (Rae)

Rae passed away peacefully on Wednesday, 18 October, 2023, in her 96th year, in the loving care of Le Petit Bosquet. Adored wife of the late Maurice, dearly loved mother of David, Peter and John, daughters-in-law Marilyn, Carolyne, and Beverley, and much-loved Ma to her six grandchildren James, Richard, Alice, Danielle, David-John, and Nathalie, their respective partners, and her nine great-grandchildren.

She will be fondly remembered by her family in Jersey, Wales, South Africa, and New Zealand, the ‘birthday girls’, and her many other devoted and dear friends.

Passed away peacefully on Sunday, 22 October, 2023, aged 71 years, whilst in the loving care of Jersey Hospice Care, with his family by his side, dearly loved husband to Carole for 43 years, adored father of Keiran and Samantha, father-in-law to Matt and Krissy and dearly loved Grandad to Leila, Kaleb and Jake.

Passed away on Friday, 13 October, 2023, aged 93, loving mother of Stephen. She will be sadly missed.

Passed away peacefully at the General Hospital on Friday, 20 October, 2023, aged 90 years.

Now reunited with the late Leslie (Jimmy), devoted Mum to Kevin and Robin. She’ll be sadly missed by her family and friends and her beloved cat, Oscar.

BULLOCK, Betty Christine

Suddenly and unexpectedly Betty passed away on Monday, 9 October, 2023 in her 89th year, beloved wife of Brian for 60 plus years, devoted mother to Amanda, Nigel and Kayti, proud and loving mother-in-law to Einar and Sean, and much-loved Gran to seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by all the family, and so many friends near and far, having been involved in such a variety of interests.

Funeral Service

There will be a cremation service for the family on Thursday, 2 November.

A memorial service to celebrate Betty’s long and rich life will take place in St Aubin Methodist Church at 11 am on Thursday, 16 November, followed by refreshments at the Somerville Hotel.

All will be most welcome.
