Passed away peacefully in his 84th year on Wednesday, 25 September, 2024 surrounded by love at Les Charrieres Nursing Home, adored husband of Maureen, loving father to Alan, Martin and Lynne, father-in-law to Lesley, Tom and Andy and devoted grandfather to Liam, Alfie and Emma.

Tony’s funeral service will be held on Monday, 21 October at 11.30 am in St Johns Parish Church followed by a private cremation.

MINSON, Betty (née Le Brocq)

Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, 25 September, 2024, aged 88 years, beloved wife of the late Bert, and loving mother of Michel and Claude and her dear daughter-in-law Linda and an adored Nanny of Cloe and Georgia, Lianne and Aimee and their families. She will be greatly missed by all her family and friends.

CARDY, Rex

Passed away peacefully at home Friday, 20 September, 2024, with his wife Helena and daughter Monique by his side. He left us with his kindness, courage and humour intact. An active member of the music, metal-detecting, table tennis and golf communities. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

A celebration of his life will be held at the Crematorium on Wednesday, 23 October at 11.30 am.

KEOGH, Reverend Anthony (Tony)

Passed away peacefully in the loving care of Lakeside Manor on Monday, 23 September, 2024, aged 89 years, loving husband of Jill, much-loved father and father-in-law of Alison, Lizzie and Mark and devoted Poppa and Great-Poppa of Josh, Annie and Daisy. Former Rector of Trinity for thirty years he was much-loved, highly regarded and will be sadly missed.

WOODS, Guy Robert William

Adored and treasured husband of Sylvia, loving father of Serena, father-in-law to Daniel and proud grandfather to Zia, Penelope and Thibault, loved by all those lucky enough to know him.

Died suddenly on Monday, 9 September, 2024, aged 68 years.

SYVRET, Margaret Anne (née Tilden)

Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, 25 September, 2024, aged 79, in the loving care of Jersey Hospice with Norman at her bedside. Mags will be sadly missed by all family and friends.

Thank you to all at Macmillan for all your kindness and support, the Oncology department with special thanks to Rachel and Ruben who was more of a friend than a doctor to Margaret. Special thanks to Jersey Hospice who did everything to keep Margaret comfortable during her last days.
