TURNER, Margaret Joyce (née Poole) (Margy)

It is with broken hearts that Margie’s family announce her sudden and unexpected passing on New Year’s Day at the General Hospital, much-loved and devoted wife to Ron, and loving Mum to Mark. Margie will be sadly missed but always loved by her Mum, sister and brothers and their families. Margie will never be forgotten by all her family and friends.

Of Innishannon, Co Cork. On Wednesday, 29 December, 2021, peacefully, at Maher Private Hospital, Cork, after a brave fight. Beloved husband of Bernie, dear father of Chris, Elaine and Siobhan, greatly loved grandfather of Lisa, Paul, Louise, Sarah, Maddie and Elodie, great-grandfather of Ruby, Lillian and Hugo, father-in-law of Tina, the late Michael and Peter. Sadly missed by Cath, Paul, Dave, Michelle, James and all his relatives and friends.

We were prevented by a bout of sickness from attending the funeral service of our dear friend Mick.

We have paid our respects privately, and given thanks for more than 70 years of his friendship, help and generosity.

AZZALI, Angelo

Former manager of The Windmills Hotel, St Brelade.

It is with great sadness that Angelo’s family announce his death in Austria on Tuesday, 28 December, 2021, aged 84 years. He passed away peacefully in hospital, following a long illness. Will be greatly missed by his wife Trudy, daughters Diana, Monika and Christina, grandchildren Stuart, Maria and Emily, and his extended family.
