David sadly passed away in the John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford, on Wednesday, 18 November, 2020, aged 71 years, dearly loved husband of Lynda, adored Dad of Zoe and Zara, Ceri and Darren, and special Papa to his beloved grandchildren.

A private funeral will take place.
