Passed away at Lakeside Care Home, St Peter on Wednesday, 15 April, 2020. He was aged 79 years. Much-loved brother of Peter and father of Gavin, Graham, Ma (Sophie), Lucy and Ben. Writer, actor, raconteur, and healer. A wonderful and extraordinary man and friend to so many.

Funeral Service

A private funeral will take place on Thursday, 23 April.

A memorial service will follow on a date to be confirmed.

Passed away suddenly at home on Tuesday, 14 April, 2020. He leaves behind his devoted wife Jan, and will be sadly missed by all his family and many, many friends.

Passed peacefully away in the tender care of Beaumont Villa Care Home on Thursday, 16 April, 2020, devoted husband of Jean and adored father of Luisa, Pascal, Emma and Mark, much-loved Nonno of Laurent, Chloë and Nadine. A true gentleman.

It is with enormous sadness and grief that we announce the sudden passing away of Derek on Saturday, 11 April, 2020, aged 76 years, beloved husband of Eileen, proud and loving father to Warrick and Alison, caring father-in-law to Camilla and Jonathan, and much-loved grandfather to Emilia, Axel and Corey.
