Passed away peacefully at Beaumont Villa on Monday, 27 April, 2026, aged 96 years, a much-loved mother and grandmother.

A graveside service will take place at St Saviour’s Cemetery on Wednesday, 13 May at noon.

BENEST, Barrie
We are deeply saddened to share the news of the sudden and unexpected death of Barrie, aged 80 years, on Sunday, 26 April, 2026, beloved husband of Eleanor and father to Chloe, stepfather to Richard and David, cherished brother of Brian, the late John, Anne and Maggie.
