Former Director of Jersey Property Holdings. Passed away Sunday, 1 May, 2016 after a battle with cancer. Remembered as an intelligent and professional individual of huge integrity, and who served the interests of Jersey to the best of his ability. Our thoughts are with David’s family at this sad time.
