Taken from us tragically on Saturday, 5 December, 2015, aged 20 years. He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. Mum passed away peacefully in my arms on Sunday, 24 July 2016. She had borne her final illness with the courage, dignity and inner strength which we knew so well, she was an example to us all. ‘Mum, my heart is broken, Mum, my heart won’t mend, Mum, my heart is aching, And the pain will never end’.
