Died peacefully in the tender care of Lakeside Manor on Friday, 8 July, 2016, aged 92 years, loving wife and best friend of Douglas for 66 years. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends. The day thou gavest Lord has ended.

The Connétable, Procureurs, St Brelade Honorary Police and past and present members of the Municipality are saddened at the recent passing of George Upton, a former Parish Centenier and devoted servant to the Parish. We all send our sincere condolences to Mary and all the family for their loss but we thank both George and Mary for the time they entrusted to the Parish working with several Connétables.
