Died in the arms of his loving wife, Kathy, and adored children, Gayle, Michael and Jonny, on Monday, 4 May, 2015, aged 70 years. He will be greatly missed by all his family, their partners and children, and his many friends. We will hold him forever in our hearts. Of Putley, Herefordshire, (widow of Richard), passed away suddenly on Wednesday, 29 April, 2015, aged 67 years, desperately missed by mother Jean, sisters Margaret and Lydia, nieces Nicola and Sarah, mother-in-law Shelagh and all who knew her. Private family burial. Memorial service Wednesday, 17 June, at Belmont Abbey, Hereford.

Passed away suddenly on Friday, 17 April, 2015, at Jersey’s General Hospital, aged 49 years, much-loved daughter to Andy Blake and the late Janina Blake, dear sister to Simon Blake, beloved Mum of Matt, Nina and Jess and very special Nana of Ella and Scarlett.

Family and friends wishing to attend Sarah’s funeral are invited to the Crematorium Chapel, Westmount Road, St Helier, on Wednesday, 13 May at noon. By request, family flowers only please. Passed away peacefully at Clifton Care Home, on Sunday, 3 May, 2015, in her 94th year, beloved mother of Chris, mother-in-law of Anne, loving Nan of Neil and future wife Shelley. She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.
