Passed away at Jersey Hospice Care, on Friday, 1 May, 2015, aged 84 years, much-loved husband of Simonne, loving father of Jacquelene and David, Jeannette and Steven, Jarina and David, Lionel and Sumari, also a devoted grandfather and great-grandfather. A much-loved brother and uncle affectionately called DJ by all his family. We had such wonderful times filled with laughter growing up together. Passed away suddenly on Friday, 17 April, 2015, at Jersey’s General Hospital, aged 49 years, much-loved daughter to Andy Blake and the late Janina Blake, dear sister to Simon Blake, beloved Mum of Matt, Nina and Jess and very special Nana of Ella and Scarlett.
