Jersey Squash and Racketball mourn the sad loss of Peter Byrne, patron, long-standing supporter, talented player and respected figure. A fierce competitor on court and always charming off court. Passed away peacefully after a long illness in the tender care of the Cheshire Home surrounded by his loving family on Monday, 12 January, 2015, in his 66th year, beloved husband of forty years of Val, much-loved Dad of James. Passed peacefully away at Rosewood House, on Wednesday, 14 January, 2015, in her 92nd year, beloved wife of the late Peter, loving mother of Peter, Chris, Monica and Angie. She will be sadly missed by her daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, grandchildren and great-grandchildren and all her family and friends. She worked so hard for those she loved, And left us to remember.
