Happy memories of our lovely Swiss sister-in-law who always opened her door with a welcoming smile. From the young lady who arrived in Jersey not speaking a word of English; to the dearest friend and relation she became to us all. She will be remembered always with love by the Newts and all outlaws and in-laws.

Passed peacefully away in the Irene Thomas Hospice, Delta, BC Canada, beloved youngest daughter of June and the late Peter Beslièvre, sister of Robert (Bob) and Janine who spent three weeks with her so keeping her spirits buoyant. She will be sadly missed by her extended family in the UK, Canada, Australia and her Canadian friends. Her family are grateful for the dedicated care from the staff and volunteers at the Hospice and with special thanks to her closest friends Josie and Erica who were at her bedside in her passing hours. Now at peace following her brave battle with cancer, she did it her way. She wasn’t afraid of death and knew there was a better place to come, safe in the arms of Jesus.

Died peacefully at the General Hospital, on Saturday, 13 December, 2014, aged 100 years, father of the late David, grandfather to Alexander.

Friends wishing to attend the funeral service for Dennis, are invited to meet at the Crematorium, Westmount Road, on Tuesday, 23 December, at 2. 30 p. m. All inquiries to De Gruchy’s Funeral Care, Telephone 499444.

Happy memories of a lovely lady. An inspiration to us all. Sadly missed by all her friends at St Clement’s Ladies Golf Club.
