LE CORNU, Gavin Edward

Gav, You were such a very very special much-loved son, a one off, after you they broke the mould. It seems almost unbelievable that they could cram so much charisma into such a small package. A shining star who saw the best in everyone. You would light up people’s lives wherever you went and were loved by all whose lives you touched. You were an infectious character with a zest for life and you lived it in the fast lane. I was so proud of you on the day of your wedding to Sarah I realised what an exceptional young man you had grown into. Thank you and Sarah for my beautiful surprise birthday party, which leaves another fabulous family memory for us all. Gav, we will always be here for your princess and will look after her. Now you are reunited with your much-loved Grandma and will take care of each other. Enjoy the crazy golf and the corned beef sandwiches. A Dad couldn’t wish for a better son, but you were more than a son you were my best friend. Taken far too young with so much to look forward to. I am utterly devastated by the huge void that you have left in my life and in many other lives. Heaven must have needed a special person to brighten it up.

Your heartbroken Dad. xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
