LE SECH, Andrew John

26.11.1958 – 01.01.2024.

After a two year battle with MND and dementia, Andy passed away peacefully in the loving arms of Louise, with Matthew and Megan by his side, in the wonderful care of Le Petit Bosquet Nursing home on New Year’s Day 2024. Precious Dad to Matthew, Leighton and Harrison, and stepdad to Lauren and Megan, a devoted Papa to Amelie and Oliver, and father-in-law to Cheryl, Alan and Henry. Andy touched the hearts of so many people and will be deeply missed.

Passed away on Wednesday, 13 December, 2023, aged 74 years, in the loving care of Le Petit Bosquet. Beloved husband of Maureen and father to Tania and Wayne, brother of Paul, and much-loved Papa to Daniel, Morgan, Maia and Owen.

HOUIELLEBECQ, Steven John

Died suddenly at his home in Portugal on Thursday, 28 December, 2023, aged 67 years, husband of Cass, father of Richard and Rebecca, father-in-law of Tuhin and proud grandfather of Tasmia, not forgetting Jessica, partner to Richard. He was son of Kay and the late John, and brother of Joy and Alison.

His life was badly affected by a stroke at the age of 50, but prior to that, he was very active and a man of many talents, both as a chef and an artist.

He was much-loved and will be greatly missed.

Passed away gently on Tuesday, 19 December, 2023, at Jersey Hospice after a short illness. Sister to Susan and Jane, mother to Charlotte and Beth, grandmother to Cassie, Nicholas, Alex and Chris, and proud great-grandmother to Perrin.
