Passed away suddenly in Corbire Ward, General Hospital, on Thursday, 24 July, 2014, aged 76 years, after fighting a long debilitating illness with the devoted loving care of her daughter, adored and devoted Mum of Robert and Sally, beloved ‘Grannie’ of India, loving sister of Charles, mother-in-law to Annette, a much-loved aunt, cousin and friend who will be greatly missed by us all. You were getting very weary Mum, and we both suffered more than people will ever know. Life will never be the same without you now, but I’ll never forget your courageous smile, like a sunbeam, which was loved by us all. Rest in the comfort of peace now, free from all your pain and suffering and fly gracefully with all the butterflies and birds. You were not just my beautiful Mum, you will always be my most truest and trusted friend. All my devoted love as always, forever in my heart.
