Passed away peacefully at home, with her much-loved daughters Linda and Laraine at her side on Friday, 23 August, 2013, aged 85 years, loving grandmother of Russell, Stewart and Tara and great-grandmother of Ashleigh, sister of Gordon, Shirley, Selwyn, Gloria, Tony and Sylvia. Passed away on Sunday, 25 August, 2013, at L’Hermitage Nursing Home, much-loved husband of Sybil, devoted father to Sally and Jill, father-in-law to Paul and Colin, and brother-in-law to Hillary. The Jersey Hockey Association is deeply saddened to record the death of Ruth Sangan who was a tireless supporter of hockey and, in particular, the Junior Development Programme.
