Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, 5 June, 2013, in the loving care of St Helier House, aged 100 years, now reunited with his beloved wife Grace, much-loved father of Shirley and Alan, father-in-law to Doug and Diana. Passed away peacefully at Lakeside Residential Home, St Peter, on Sunday, 2 June, 2013, in her 94th year, beloved widow of the late Kenneth Arthur, mother of Michael, mother-in-law of Hazel and grandmother of James, Christian and Amanda. She will be missed by her family and friends.

The funeral service for Gwenda will be held at St Matthew’s Church, Millbrook, St Lawrence, on Monday, 10 June, at 1 p. m. Family flowers only please. Donations, in lieu of flowers, may be sent in memory of Gwenda to the Stroke Association Jersey, Soroptimist House, 28 Pomona Road, St Helier, JE2 3XL. Uncle Don, who had a unique character, we had many memories and times together where we would meet and have a chat, and laugh, amongst friends and family. We kept our thumbs up till the last days, in friendship and hope. Will be sadly missed Colleen and Martyn.
