PESTEL, Barbara Lilian (née Wood)

A happy smile, a heart of gold, No finer Mum this world could hold. I saw you suffer, heard you sigh, All I could do was just sit by. When the time came I suffered too, But you never deserved what you went through. My lovely Mum, I can’t believe you’ve gone. It broke my heart to see you suffer, my only consolation is you are now at peace. I held your hand to the end, but having to leave you after you had gone was the hardest thing I have ever had to do. You were the kindest, sweetest, thoughtful, most caring and lovely person I have had the privilege to meet. I am so lucky that you were my Mum, I just wish that we could have had more time together. Thank you for everything, I will treasure all my happy memories of you. I will miss you more than I can ever say. Jess and Lucy miss you too. Now reunited with Dad, sleep tight sweetheart. I love you so much Mum.

Your loving daughter Jane XXXX.

MASTERMAN, George Stuart

We had no time to say goodbye, Another star is shining brightly in the sky. Sleep well my love. Luvs yer.

May. Whenever I see the sea, Hear gentle waves lapping upon the shore, See a boat far out in the distance silently passing by, Feel a warm breeze touch my face, I will think of you. My Dad.

Julia. I’ll miss you Grandpa, I’ll miss your smiley face, I’ll miss your throaty laugh, I’ll miss your strong handshake, I’ll miss your slow hobble walk, And every time I go to the sea, I’ll look into the blue, and think of you, and only you. And how good a Grandpa you are.

Joseph. Distance is one thing that keeps us apart, But Dad you will always remain in my heart. A special smile, a special face, A special someone I can’t replace. I love you and I always will. You filled a space that no one will ever replace.

With all our love, Janine and Steve. Every day I wonder why, You were taken up to the sky, And I didn’t get a chance to say goodbye, You’re in my heart, And there you’ll stay, And be remembered every day. Forever I will miss and think of you Grandpa.

Lots of love, Jack.
