Passed away suddenly on Saturday, 2 March, 2013, at the John Radcliffe Hospital, aged 57 years. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Passed away peacefully in France, after a short illness, on Tuesday, 5 March, 2013, with his wife by his side, aged 72 years, beloved husband of Hazel, loved father of Maria and Harry Robert, grandfather and great-grandfather.
