BOURKE, Sheila Ann (née Pestel)

Passed peacefully away on Saturday, 7 January, 2023, beloved mother of Mary, Geoff, Michael, Chris and Peter and mother-in-law to Carole and Julie. A treasured grandmother and great-grandmother.

One of the dearest and one of the best, God called her home to her heavenly rest.

Loved in life and treasured in death, a beautiful memory of her is left.

CROZIER, Beryl (née Stroyde)

Passed away peacefully in the wonderful care of St Joseph’s care home after a short illness with family by her side on Friday, 30 December, 2022, aged 93, beloved wife of the late Eddie, mother to the late Barbara, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was much-loved and will be sadly missed by Viki, Lizi, Danny, Zak, Millie, her family in the West Midlands and all who knew her.

Funeral Service

For all of those wishing to say goodbye, a funeral service will be held at Trinity Parish Church on Wednesday, 18 January at 11.30 am followed by a private family burial.

ELLENGER, Jennifer Margaret (Jenny)

My darling girl passed away on Friday, 6 January, 2023, aged 66 years.

Funeral Service

There will be a celebration of Jenny’s life and her faith in Jesus on Wednesday, 25 January at St Aubin’s Methodist Church at 2.30 pm, followed by a private committal.

Jenny’s life was full of love, she embraced every day with joy and every minute of them with love for others. It was a happy fulfilled life.

Passed away suddenly at home in Tibshelf, Derbyshire on Wednesday, 4 January, 2023, aged 85, husband of Andrée, former husband of the late Sheila (née Stone), brother of Douglas and Diane, father of Bruce, Hilary, Sarah and Robert, grandfather of Victoria, Elizabeth, Jasmin, Patrick and George and great-grandfather of Daphne-Rose. JONES, Julie

Passed away peacefully at the General Hospital on Wednesday, 4 January, 2023, aged 83 years. She will be sadly missed by her daughter and family Lindsay, Jeff, Stephanie, Daniel, her son and partner Tom and Dawn, and her brother and wife Jeff and Sue.

HIGGINS, John William

Our dearest John, aged 91 years, passed away peacefully on Friday, 6 January, 2023, at home with his adored wife of 57 years Ruth, loving father to Sarah and son-in-law John, and much-loved Grandad to Timothy, by his side.

Previous to the onset of Dementia, a most cruel illness, 12 years ago, John had lived a very long and fulfilling life. John will be greatly missed by his family and many friends.
