Passed away suddenly but peacefully in her sleep, in the care of Les Charrières Care Home on Thursday, 22 September, 2022, in her 93rd year. Beloved wife of the late Francis Philip (Frank) de la Haye, much-loved Mum of Robert, Susan and Stephen and mother-in-law to Rob and Thanatphon, dearest grandmother and great-grandmother. In our hearts forever.

HILL, Pearl Mary (née Pickering) (Mary)

Passed away peacefully at the General Hospital on Sunday, 18 September, 2022, in her 80th year, very much loved wife of Bill, adored mother, mother-in-law and grandmother, who will be so deeply missed.

Mary was also known as Mrs Hill by so many generations from St Lawrence, Helvetia and Mont Nicolle schools.

Dear Sean, you were always there for so many people at Mind Jersey. You were always the first to say yes and to say it with a smile. You were always striving to improve things for others. Nothing was too much, and you showed us all how we should be delivering peer support in Jersey.

Passed away peacefully in his sleep in the loving care of Silver Springs Care Home on Friday, 23 September, 2022, much-adored Dad of Yvonne and Trevor and Jill, grandfather of Matthew, Steven, Jonathon, Isaac, Elana and Charlotte, great-grandfather of Freya, Elodie, Annalise, Evie and Leo.

BLANCHET, Mike

Of South Lopham, died recently on Thursday, 8 September, 2022, at his home after several weeks in hospital, aged 74 years. Husband of the late Pat and brother of Terry, he was a good friend to many around the world and was well known for his motor racing and his work with Lola Cars.
