ISHERWOOD, Yvonne Renée (née Rive)

Passed peacefully away at the General Hospital on Sunday, 5 January, 2025, aged 90 years, beloved wife of nearly 70 years to David and much-loved mother to Caroline and Colin, a loving Nan to Jordan, his partner Nikita and mother-in-law to Wendy.

Funeral Service

Family and friends wishing to attend the funeral service are invited to meet at the Crematorium on Tuesday, 4 February at 1 pm.

No mourning clothes.

CLARKE, Else

Passed away peacefully in hospital on New Year’s Day 2025, at the age of 92 years, beloved wife of the late Jack, cherished Mum to Karin, Carol and Tina and very dear mother-in-law to David and Roy, adored Grannie to Matthew, Stephanie, Jack and Freddie and their partners, and Great-Grannie to Noah, Ophelia, Jesse, Willow and Roux.

Forever in all of our hearts and those of her dear Finnish family.

MANNING, Shirley

With heavy hearts, we say goodbye to our wonderful Aunty Shirl, who was so much more than just an aunt to us. She was a second mother and grandmother and a constant source of love and support in our lives.

Aunty Shirl helped shape us into who we are today, she was a true blessing, always there with a caring heart and open arms.

We are so grateful for the time we shared and for the memories she leaves behind. Her love will always be with us and we will miss her deeply.

You will forever be in our hearts.

O’CONNELL, Annette (née Renouf)

Passed away peacefully on Thursday, 9 January, 2025, aged 65 years, much-loved mother of Hannah. Annette will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.

SANTOS, Maureen (née Syvret)

Passed away on Saturday, 28 December, 2024 at the General Hospital, looked after by the kind and wonderful staff on Rozel Ward. Thanks, must also go to the Oncology Department. Wife of the late Joe, now together again, a thoughtful kind and loving sister to Robert, John and Angela, a friend to Sally, Kirsten and Paula, nephew Matthew and great-aunt to Ben and Talia. Maureen will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.

Aged 85 years, Alan passed away peacefully on Tuesday, 7 January, 2025, in the loving care of St Joseph’s Residential and Nursing Home, a much-loved husband to Anne of 62 years, devoted father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Alan will be greatly missed by all his family and many friends.

LATHAM, Angela (née Creedy)

Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, 1 January, 2025, aged 55 years, wife of Peter, Mum to Sam and Max and a daughter and sister who will be deeply missed.

A private cremation will take place and a celebration of Angela’s life will take place at a later date.
