We are sad to announce the unexpected passing of Francis in the early hours of Sunday, 21 March, 2021. He died peacefully at home surrounded by those who loved him and whom he loved. He was a loving husband to Margaret (Peg), father to Simon and Dawn, Paul and Sue, grandfather to Matt, Emma, Madeleine and Tilly, and true friend to many. A remarkable man who will be forever missed by all who knew him. He was much loved, well respected and a true gentleman.

Funeral Service

Francis’ funeral service will be at Grouville Parish Church, and anyone wishing to attend, is kindly asked to contact Maillards, Funeral Directors, telephone 737291.

Passed away peacefully on Monday, 22 March, 2021, in his hundredth year, dearly loved husband of the late Joan, wonderful Dad to John and Jane, Peter and Jean, Michael and Sue, a much-loved Grandad and great-Grandad to all his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Passed away with her family around her, on Wednesday, 17 March, 2021, beloved wife of Allan, cherished Mum of Derek, Tina and Tracy, loving Nanny to Hannah-Marie and Jazmin, also sadly missed by Enid, Steve, Jason, Charis and Makenzi. She will be deeply missed by all her family and friends.

Passed away peacefully in the loving care of the General Hospital on Saturday, 20 March, 2021, aged 80 years, beloved wife of the late Gordon, much-loved mother of Dean and Mandy, and Neil and Becky, Nan to Mark, Thomas, Emma, Bryony-Jasmine and Ben, great-Nan to Payton, Reegan and Jaxon. Winnie will be deeply missed by all her family and friends.

Died peacefully at Highgate Care Home, Uddingston, Scotland on Tuesday 16 March, 2021, aged 91 years, much-loved sister of Roy, dear mother of Neil, Stuart and Barry, and four grandchildren Katy, Daniel, Liam and Rhianne.

Passed away peacefully in the loving care of the General Hospital on Friday, 19 March, 2021, aged 85 years, adored wife of Lennard and very much-loved mother to Joy, Paul and John. Violet will be deeply missed by all her extended family and many friends.
