Passed peacefully away at Pinewood Residential Home on Sunday, 8 March, 2020, aged 94 years, beloved husband of Jean, father of Clare and the late Stella, loving stepfather to Katherine.

DWYER, Elizabeth (Lily)

Passed away peacefully at home on Friday, 6 March, 2020, with her daughters by her side, she was courageous to the end. Treasured wife to Chris, wonderful mother to Angela and Charmaine. Lily was the heart of the family and will be forever missed by family and friends.

We wish to thank Jersey Hospice Care, Family Nursing, Jersey Brain Tumour Charity, Cancer Relief and MacMillan for all their excellent, compassionate care and support.

Family and friends wishing to attend Lily’s funeral service are invited to Our Lady Catholic Church, St Martin on Tuesday, 24 March at 9.30 am.

Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

LANGLOIS, Marguerite Yvonne Marie (née Mézec)

Leslie, Sonia and Leslie and the family would like to thank everyone who attended Marguerite’s funeral and to all who sent cards, flowers and messages of sympathy, and for donations sent to Jersey Cancer Relief in her memory. We would also like to thank the Reverend Phil Warren for leading the service that was delivered with such empathy, and the team at the Silver Springs Care Home for all their support and kindness given during Marguerite’s time there. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends.

Passed away suddenly on Sunday, 23 February, 2020, after a bravely fought illness, aged 82 years, a loving and devoted Mamma and Nonna and a good friend to so many. Mary Lou will leave a huge void in the lives of all who were lucky enough to know her, especially Alex, Lalla, Luca, Gianni, Aldo, Franco and Jennie and all her family in Italy.

Passed away peacefully at home in her 85th year after a long battle, bravely fought, loving wife of Edward Le Marquand, much-loved sister of Joan and the late Lena, Sadie and Noel, sister-in-law to Eddie, cousin Brian and the late Sean, adored Aunty to Denize, Anne Marie, Barbara, Louise and husbands Paul and Jason, proud great-Aunty to Alex, Milly, Grace, Connor and Cormac.

A light has gone out in all our lives but those that we love never truly leave us.
