Our darling Mum sadly passed away, with her family by her side, on Wednesday, 25 November, 2020, in her 89th year, a loving and beloved wife of the late Denis Ponting. She was also a loving Mum to Stephen, Maureen, Andrew, Aidan, Clare and the late Michael and a caring and supportive step-mother to Michael, Mark and Jeanine. She will be hugely missed by all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and indeed by all of her family and her numerous friends.

A life well lived, through the hardships of the occupation, the joy of having children, a loving and fulfilled relationship with Denis, the excitement of travel, a keen interest in the world and people in general, and a sharp and intelligent mind until the end.

We will always love you Mum and be grateful to you for the happy memories that we share.

Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family, on Tuesday, 8 December, 2020, aged 95 years, much-loved widower of Yvonne, Dad to Chris, Nick and Jayne, father-in-law to Marion and Troy, beloved Poppa to eight grandchildren and Grandpa to three great-grandchildren.
