To the best Nan and great-Grandma, truly one of a kind. Strong, determined, loving and kind. Family and sunshine were your world and you were ours. You were the foundation of our family and left behind treasured memories. We love and miss you so much. Give Mum and Pops the biggest hug from us.

Passed away peacefully at the Hospice on Monday, 11 February, 2019, aged 79 years. Rest in peace, from all his immediate family.
