Passed away peacefully at Silver Lea Care Home on Friday, 19 October, 2018, in his 94th year, beloved husband of the late Audrey (née Tostevin), dearly loved father, father-in-law and grandfather of Valerie, Stuart and Peter, Ross, Jenny, Craig and Ben. A private family funeral has taken place. Jack’s family would like to thank all at Silver Lea for their care and kindness to Jack during his stay with them. Passed away peacefully but unexpectedly, at home on Monday, 29 October, 2018, loving mother to Carol, Tina, Michael, Teresa, Stephen and Andy, beloved sister, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother.
