Passed away peacefully at the General Hospital on Saturday, 6 January, 2018, after a long illness patiently borne, beloved husband of Valerie. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

BARTHORP, Major Michael John

(Late Northamptonshire and Royal Anglian Regiments. ) Passed away suddenly but peacefully in the General Hospital on Friday, 5 January, 2018, aged 90 years, much-loved widower of Penelope and loving father of Lavinia, Nigel and Robin. He was a proud grandfather of eight grandchildren and six great-grandsons. He will be sadly missed by all who had the honour to know him.
