Passed away peacefully on Saturday, 9 December, 2017 with her loving children Phil and Claire at her side, mother-in-law to Warren, loving Granny to Jasmine, Daisy and Sienna. She will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral ServiceRelatives and friends wishing to attend the funeral service for Carmel are invited to meet at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, St Aubin on Tuesday, 19 December at 11 am, followed by a private interment. Family flowers only please. A golden heart stopped beating, Hard-working hands at rest, It broke our hearts to see you go, But He only takes the best. We sat beside your bedside, Our hearts were crushed and sore, We did our duty til the end, Til we could do no more. In tears we watched you sinking, We watched you fade away, And though our hearts were breaking, We knew you could not stay. Our lips cannot speak how we loved you, Our hearts cannot tell what to say, But He only knows how we miss you, In our home that is lonely today. Sleep well until we meet again.
