Passed away in the loving care of Jersey Hospice on Thursday, 25 August, 2016, with her beloved husband Rodney of 51 years at her side. She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Of Stratford, Ontario, Canada passed away peacefully on Friday, 26 August, 2016, surrounded by her family, after a short illness resulting from complications related to ongoing cancer treatments. Beloved wife and best friend of Ron Tiplady for 47 years, loving mother of Justin (Nadine), Garrick (Thecla) and Bryn (Oona), grandmother of Matthew, Meghan, Oscar, Atticus, Maeve, Lily and Callum, and loving aunt of Duncan Tiplady (Christa) and their son Harley. Jacky is predeceased by her parents, William (“Bill”) and Freda Powell.

Son of Des and Gertrude, passed away peacefully in his home in Kennesaw, Georgia, USA, on Saturday, 27 August, 2016, after a long illness, loving husband of Bonnie and devoted father to David and Cathie and grandfather of Christina, Samantha, Paige, Alexandra and Austin. Passed away peacefully in the wonderful care of Jersey Hospice, surrounded by his family, on Tuesday, 30 August, 2016, aged 70 years, after a long and painful illness borne with great courage and determination. A loving and dearly loved husband of Gill, father of Simon and Richard. He will be sadly missed by his family in Jersey, the UK, USA and Australia and also by his many friends and colleagues, especially the members of ‘The Curry Club’ and the Jersey Model Boat Club. Passed away peacefully in Tasmania on Tuesday, 30 August, 2016. Eric was a former employee of the Jersey Post Office. He will be greatly missed by his family.
