SANKEY, John

(1935-2016)Former teacher, Headmaster and Governor of De La Salle College. The family of John Sankey would like to thank everyone for their thoughts, prayers and messages of condolence following his death on Sunday, 21 August, 2016. John passed away peacefully at home following a short illness, surrounded by family. His Requiem Mass will take place on Friday, 2 September at 11 am at SS Peter and Paul’s Catholic Church, Liverpool Road, Great Crosby, Liverpool, L23 5TE.

The family would be delighted to welcome anyone who wishes to travel from Jersey as we celebrate his life and legacy. Passed away peacefully in the care of St Ewolds Residential Home on Monday, 22 August, 2016, aged 91 years, wife of the late Jim. She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.

Tragically taken from us by the sea on Saturday, 20 August, 2016, the night before her 32nd birthday, devoted daughter of the late Ken Godfray and Kim Noble, beloved sister of Brian, Mathew and Annie and wonderful step-daughter to Jason. We are all heart-broken.
