Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, 24 August, 2016, in the wonderful care of Jersey Hospice, aged 93 years, loving father of Anne-Marie, wonderful grandfather to Lauren and Harry, much-loved father-in-law of Mark. The family of John Sankey would like to thank everyone for their thoughts, prayers and messages of condolence following his death on Sunday, 21 August, 2016. John passed away peacefully at home following a short illness, surrounded by family. His Requiem Mass will take place on Friday, 2 September at 11 am at SS Peter and Paul’s Catholic Church, Liverpool Road, Great Crosby, Liverpool, L23 5TE.
