Passed away peacefully on Friday, 14 February, 2020, aged 66 years, in the tender care of Le Petit Bosquet, with his beloved partner Fay and his sisters Rosalind, Valerie and Sylvia at his side. David fought his illness to the end with great courage. He will be so sadly missed by all his family and friends.
