Passed away peacefully on Saturday, 11 January, 2020, in his 92nd year, at Silver Lea Nursing Home, St Brelade. Much-loved and devoted husband of Joyce, dearly loved father of Kevin and daughter-in-law Irene. Will be sadly missed by his family and friends. Funeral details to follow. GRIFFIN, Susan Mary (née Wade)

Passed away peacefully on Monday, 13 January, 2020, in the tender care of Jersey Hospice, surrounded by her loving family, beloved wife and best friend of Steve, loving mother of Emma and Natalie, mother-in-law to Mark and Jonathan, devoted Grandma to Molly, and Grandma-to-be to baby bump De Gruchy. She touched the lives of all who knew her and she will be greatly missed but never forgotten.

The Hallam family would like to thank everyone who attended Babs’ funeral, those who sent cards and messages of sympathy, and donations to Headway and Mind Jersey in remembrance of her. We would like to thank Father Michael for the lovely service at St Peter’s Parsh Church followed by the cremation and interment, and Paul Battrick and his team at Pitcher & Le Quesne for their support and professionalism, care and attention to detail. We would also like to thank Dr Terry and the staff at Indigo Surgery, the out of hours GP service, the ambulance service, the staff at the General Hospital, Occupational Health, the Long Term Care team, Meals on Wheels, and Elizabeth de La Haye and her staff at Positive Steps. Grace, together with Mum’s friends and neighbours who enabled Babs to live in her home until she reached her 90th year and finally, we would also like to thank the staff at Silver Lea Residential Home for all the tender care and loving support they gave during Babs’ stay.
