VIEIRA, Karen (née Attlesey)

Passed away peacefully in the care of Jersey Hospice after a short illness on Monday, 9 December, 2024, aged 72, adored wife to Joe and beloved Mum to Ian and Simon. Karen will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Funeral Service

Karen’s funeral service will take place on Thursday, 19 December at noon in St Saviours Parish Church, followed by a private burial.

CHARMAN, Christine Ann (Chris)

Passed away peacefully in her sleep at Cheval Roc Nursing Home on Monday, 9 December, 2024, aged 84 years, beloved wife of 59 years to the late Vic, loving and proud Mum of Mark, Tim and Christopher, Nana to Sarah, Michael, Jasmine, Sebastien, Corin and Nate.

HILL, Anita (née Hibbeard)

Aged 93 years, dearest Mum, sister and Nana passed away peacefully on Saturday, 23 November, 2024 with her daughter Natasha by her side. Will be greatly missed by Natasha, Sean, Frankie, Cal, Glynis, Arthur, and many friends.

Relatives and friends wishing to attend the funeral service for Anita are invited to meet at St Peter La Rocque on Wednesday, 18 December at 11 am.

Joy’s family would like to thank family and friends who sent cards and messages for our beloved Mum, the Reverend Robert Harris for leading the lovely service and all those that came to celebrate Mum’s life. Thank you to all the staff at Maison St Brelade for looking after Mum so well. Thanks also to the doctors at Cleveland Clinic in particular Clare Gruchy and Matthew Scaife and the Hospice nurses. As Jim’s family we would like to thank everyone that attended his funeral service and wake, it means a lot to us that so many of you took the time to come and share his special memories.
