Passed away peacefully in the tender care of Jersey Hospice after a short illness on Wednesday, 11 September, 2019, aged 78 years, beloved wife of 57 years to Ian, much-loved Mum to Grant and his wife Michaela, loving Gran to Elliot and Fraser. She will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. Martin, Leonard, Jeanette, Phil and all the family would like to thank everybody for their support and wonderful cards and messages of condolence at this difficult time. Thank you to all who attended the wonderful service conducted by The Reverend Helen Gunton at St Ouen’s Church, this gave us great comfort. Special thanks to Dr Imogen Spence for her tender care and support throughout Dad’s illness, and thank you to all the staff of Silver Springs nursing home for their care and professionalism during Dad’s short stay. A special thanks to Paul Battrick and staff of Pitcher & Le Quesne for all their help, not only in looking after the funeral arrangements with such dignity and sensitivity, but all the other assistance they provided. Thank you to the Jersey Rifle Association for providing a guard of honour and finally, we would like to thank everyone who has donated to Jersey Hospice in memory of Dad.
