Sue, Mick and Chris would like to thank all their family and friends who offered their support in relation to the sad loss of Mum, and to thank all those who attended Mum’s funeral. Particular thanks to the following: the wonderful, caring staff at L’Hermitage Care Home who looked after Mum so well, Canon David Shaw and Deacon Tony Ward for conducting the service, the Honorary Police from St Clement assisting with traffic, the Sextons from St Clement for their work, and to Mark and his team at Maillard’s for their advice and guidance and the respectful way in which they took care of Mum.

GAUTIER, Francis Alfred (Frank)

Passed away on Tuesday, 19 November, 2019. Maggie and the family of the late Frank Gautier wish to extend their sincere thanks to everyone for their support, letters and cards at this sad time, and for the donations in his memory to Acorn. We also send our gratitude and appreciation to Paul and his team at Pitcher & Le Quesne for his understanding of the family’s wishes, and his care and professionalism throughout with the funeral arrangements, it was much appreciated.

BEDBOROUGH, Alfred Charles (Alf) (Ginger)

Passed away peacefully at home on Friday, 6 December, 2019, aged 81 years, beloved husband of the late Sheila, very much-loved father of Norman and Alfie. Now at rest.

Relatives and friends wishing to attend the funeral service for Alf are invited to meet at St Helier Parish Church on Tuesday, 7 January at 11 am, followed by private interment. One year today you sadly left us. Although the world keeps turning and the sun comes up each day, Life has never been the same since you were called away. You were such a special person, so gentle, good and kind, And have left the best memories and thoughts of you behind. McLAUGHLIN, Rose (née Rebindaine)

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden death of Rose McLaughlin (née Rebindaine), on Saturday, 14 December, 2019, whilst visiting Newark Delaware to see her new granddaughter Sabrina Kohn and, regretfully, she was unable to meet her latest grandchild Arlo Douglas born on Friday, 13 December, 2019, in Jersey. Wife to Bill McLaughlin of St Clement for 48 years, so many fond memories of our life together, mother of Helen Kohn, Michael McLaughlin and Lizzie Douglas, grandmother of Jack Kohn, Luke Kohn, Alex Kohn and Sabrina Kohn, all of Newark Delaware, and Albie Douglas and Arlo Douglas all of St Clement, Jersey. A memorial service will be held at a later date.

ALDERSON, Stephen Joseph

Recently passed away. Out thoughts are with Ann, Emma and family. A ‘true blue’ gent and a nice man. Good night, God bless. RIP Steve.
