Anne, Michael and all the family would like to thank all who attended the Crematorium for Mum’s funeral, and for the lovely cards we’ve received. Thanks must also go to those concerned with Mum’s care and final farewell, especially the staff at Lakeside Care Home who have looked after her with such friendship and good nature. A huge thank you to Father Martin Poolton who travelled to the island specifically to conduct the funeral service and to Audrey Tupper for playing the organ so beautifully on the day. Thank you to Reverend Mark Bond for his very kind and moving words at the interment of Mum’s ashes at St Peter, and a very big thank you to Julian and the team at Maillard’s Funeral Directors for the care, consideration and attention with which they helped with arrangements.
