In loving memory of a special Mum and Granny, who passed away a year ago today. I’d like the memory of me to be a happy one, I’d like to leave an afterglow of smiles when life is done. I’d like to leave an echo whispering softly down the ways, Of happy times and laughing times and bright and sunny days. I’d like the tears of those who grieve, to dry before the sun, Of happy memories that I leave when life is done. Miss you Mum.

As well as for the cards, messages, flowers, calls, visits and donations, Kirst thanks everyone who attended the funeral and wake. It made her so proud to see the fantastic turnout for Steve, and to see the obvious love and respect that so many people had for such a wonderful man who will be missed by so many. The amazing support received from friends and family during this very difficult time means more than you will ever know and I am truly blessed to have you in my life. Extra special thanks must go to Steve Warner, Fay Mayo and Chantale Dunn, I couldn’t have got through it without you.

In loving memory of a very dear wife, mother and grandmother, who passed away on 29 April, 2014. Greatly missed by her family and many friends.
My Mémère’s hand could heal my hurt, or cool my fevered brow, I always knew that I was loved, by deeds, a hug or smile. Sometimes she was my playmate, and my mentor, too, I learned to take life as it came; That’s helped me my life through. I grew up and she grew old, yet our loves has no end, For I was blessed long as she lived ’cause Mémère was my friend. ‘Le meilleure Mémère au Monde. ‘We love you forever.
