PERCHARD, Sheila Mary (née Corcoran)

Passed away suddenly on Saturday 28, September, 2024, aged 80 years, adored wife of Richard for 60 years, much-loved and respected Mum to Colleen and Sarah, and beloved Gran to Jess and Daniel. Sheila will be so sadly missed by all her family and friends.

Funeral service

Sheila’s funeral service will take place on Wednesday, 30 October at 11 am in Gouray on the Hill Church followed by a private burial.

Wife of Betty Hill, formerly of Clos de Patier, St Saviour, Jersey.

Barry, who turned 83 on Tuesday, 8 October, 2024 died at the Torrevieja Hospital, Alicante, Spain in the early hours of Friday, 11 October, 2024 after a short illness.

LANGLANDS, Victor Scott (Vic)

Heather, Tina and Charles would like to thank everyone who supported us with their prayers, phone calls and sent cards of condolence. Also a big thank you to everyone who attended Vic’s funeral and sent donations to the JSPCA or Hospice. Our heartfelt thanks to all the staff at the Hospital and Hospice for the wonderful care and compassion they gave Vic in his last days. Sincere thanks to Brian Vibert for conducting a beautiful service. Finally, thank you to Ken Browne from De Gruchys for his care, empathy and professionalism in helping us get through this sad and difficult time.

NORMAN, Robert Allix

Jill, Annabel and Camilla would like to thank all those who sent cards, donations and attended Robert’s funeral. Also, our grateful thanks to the doctors and staff at the Renal Unit for their superb level of care and to Robert’s GP Dr Newstead. We would like to express our gratitude for the kindness, empathy and professional care our family received from the doctors, nurses and staff of Rozel Ward and the Palliative Team who made the last days of Robert’s life so comfortable. To the staff at Pitcher & Le Quesne for the caring manner in which they dealt with Robert’s funeral. Our sincere thanks to Canon Geoff Houghton for conducting such a beautiful service celebrating Robert’s long and wonderful life.

Passed away on Saturday, 21 September, 2024, aged 92, loving father of Diane. His happy demeanour and hearty laugh will be much missed.
