KAVANAGH, Sherrie

Passed away peacefully after a short but courageous battle against cancer on Sunday, 17 March, 2019, taken far too young at 56 years, beloved wife of Shaun, loving mother to Jenny and Sarah. She will be greatly missed by all of her family and friends. Rest peacefully now Princess. The family would like to thank all the staff at Jersey Hospice Care for all their care and support during Sherrie’s last days.

Relatives and friends wishing to celebrate Sherrie’s life are invited to attend St Martin’s Parish Church on Tuesday, 26 March at 11 am. Private interment will follow. Family flowers only please. Gillian, Julie and family would like to thank everyone for their kind messages, cards of condolence and for attending David’s funeral service, and to those who have kindly made donations. A special thank you to Father Ross for conducting such a beautiful funeral service. Our sincere thanks also go to Dr Sean Ryan for all of his care, kindness and support to David; to Dr Petra Schinle; to the Rapid Response Team at Family Nursing & Home Care; to the paramedics and the Ambulance Service; to all of the caring staff at Accident & Emergency and the Accident & Emergency assessment ward who attended to David. To all of the wonderful staff on Bartlett Ward who cared for David and to all of the team that cared for David on Plémont Ward, High Dependency Unit. Thank you to Lucas Brothers for the beautiful flowers, to Shaun for catering for David’s wake and to Ken Browne and all at De Gruchy’s Funeral Care for all of their assistance and kindness at this difficult time.

Ingrid and family would like to thank all relatives, friends, and neighbours who attended Desmond’s funeral, sent cards and condolences. We would also like to thank the teams from All Care, our doctors at Indigo and the staff at Silver Springs Care Home, and our dear friend Carmo for their supportive and compassionate care during Desmond’s final months.
