Babs passed away peacefully on Wednesday, 23 January, 2019, in her 94th year, in the company of her daughter and caring staff of Palm Springs Nursing Home, reunited with her husband Edward Francis Noel. Devoted and much-loved mother of Yvette and husband Garry Watts, caring grandmother to James, Tina and Ben and their children Chloé and Thomas. She was an ever-listening ear, a source of unconditional love. You have carried me in your heart all these years, now I’ll always carry you in mine.
