Passed away on Thursday, 9 May, 2019, aged 70 years. Alain will be deeply missed by all his family in France and England, along with his many friends.

Aged 71 years, slipped away so unexpectedly but peacefully, in Portugal on Monday, 6 May, 2019, loving husband of Elizabeth and father of Chloe, Guy and Rachel, grandfather of Holly, brother of Linda and Daniel, son of the late Mary and Arthur, brother-in-law of Gill, Stephen, Carolyn, uncle of James, Lucinda, Hugh, Ross, Ben and Clark, son-in-law of Ted and the late Moyra. He will be missed so very much. The cremation and family remembrance took place in Portugal on 10 May. A memorial celebration of his life will be held in his Island home of Jersey for family and friends.
