Gillian, Angela and families would like to thank the extraordinary number of family and friends who attended Mum’s funeral, also for the many cards and messages of condolence. Special thanks to the Sisters and carers at Jeanne Jugan Residence and to the doctors and nurses of Rayner Ward in her final days. We also thank Father Benjamin Theobald for conducting the lovely service. Finally, to Maillard’s for their kind and considerate help.
Silently passed away on Saturday, 17 November, 2018, at the family home in Pacifica, California at the age of 92. Married to the late Wilfred (Bob) De Louche in 1954, they lived together in St Aubin for the majority of their lives. Survived by their only son Robert and his wife Barbara and four grandchildren, Sean, Nicolette, Danielle and Gabrielle. Vera will be sorely missed by her friends throughout the Island and her extended family in the United States.
Sister of the late Eve Truscott and brother of the late Eric Watts, passed away peacefully in her sleep at the family home of her son Robert, in California on Saturday, 17 November, 2018. Will be sadly missed by her nephews and neice Barry, Michael, Linda and families. Friends wishing to express their condolences can send them care of M Truscott who will forward them on to Robert.
