Passed peacefully away at the General Hospital, aged 82 years, on Friday, 26 April, 2019. Now home in heaven.
Joyce’s funeral and service of thanksgiving will be held on Monday, 13 May at 11 am at Jersey Baptist Church, Vauxhall Street, St Helier. Thank you to all those who have written and phoned the family following Jackie’s sudden passing at the end of March. Your thoughts and kind words have been much-appreciated at this difficult time. Later in the year, the family would like to stage a memorial art exhibition to celebrate Jackie’s varied, talented and plentiful work, and we will publish a date and venue in due course. All friends past and present will be welcomed, as well as the many people who continue to enjoy her art on their walls.

Passed away on Sunday, 28 April, 2019. It breaks my heart you were left alone to pass away, I should have been there. You are now at peace and no more heartache. I promise to fulfil your wishes, you did not deserve the last ten years of unhappiness, I prayed each day that you would get your dreams and happiness you so truly deserved. It was four years ago you passed away on 2 May, 2015 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Most unexpected. Do you know from the Heaven above, Tottenham Hotspur Football Club have a new stunning £1 billion dream home, Tottenham Hotspur Stadium? Do you know the single-tier South Stand has a new ‘wall of sound’? There are 72, 000 sq metres of concrete, 12, 000 tins of paint, a 23, 000 sq ft club shop making it the largest in Europe. Trevor Hunt at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium is sadly missed by the 62, 062 in attendance. Always remembered. Rest in peace.

Rosemary would like to thank all family, friends and neighbours who attended Peter’s funeral, sent cards, messages of support and condolence, and made donations to the Jersey Alzheimer’s Association in Peter’s memory. A special thank you to Reverend Tracy Le C Bromley in conducting such a moving service for Peter, to Dr Simon Bonn, Family Nursing, Occupational Therapist, and the Hollies Day Centre and carers for all their help and support whilst taking such good care of Peter.
