GULDVOG, Joan Lucille (née Le Brocq)

Passed away peacefully at Maison St Brelade on Sunday, 10 November, 2024, aged 102 years. Reunited with her brothers and sisters. A much-loved aunt, great-aunt and Godmother. Aunty Joan will be forever in our hearts.

Grateful thanks to all the wonderful staff at Maison St Brelade and to Roland the cat who gave her so much joy.

EDMONSTON, Glyn George Charles

Passed away peacefully on Friday, 1 November, 2024, in his 91st year, adored husband of Margaret, very much-loved father of Andrew and Christine. Glyn will be so deeply missed by all his family, many friends and all who knew him.

Funeral Service

A service will be held for Glyn at St Brelade’s Parish Church on Tuesday, 19 November at 10.30 am.

All are welcome to attend.

‘I want this to be a celebration rather than a sad affair’.

Anne, Sarah and family wish to thank everyone who has sent cards, flowers and condolences following the passing of the lovely Steve. Thank you to everyone who came to Steve’s funeral and who have sent donations to Myeloma UK in his memory. To Cherie from Pitcher & Le Quesne, thank you for your support and professionalism during this difficult time. A heartfelt thanks is also extended to Dr Worth at Health Plus, Dr Nagi and the Haematology/Oncology team at JGH (especially Brian and Rachael), Julie from the Palliative care team at Jersey Hospice and all of the district nurses who cared for Steve in his final few days. You all went above and beyond for Steve and as family we are eternally grateful.

Passed away unexpectedly in the care of Jersey Hospice on Friday, 8 November, 2024, beloved wife of Mike and adored mother of Christopher and Jonathan, mother-in-law to Katie and Dee and a loving grandmother to Isobel, Kit, Jonas and Sebbie.

CHANDLEN, Dulcie Christine Louise (née Heuze)

Passed away peacefully in the company of family members at St Ewolds Care Home on Thursday, 7 November, 6 weeks before her 101st birthday, devoted wife of the late Charles, she was a lovely mother to Clive and Karene, a fun grandmother to Stuart, Katie, Anthony and Michelle, as well as her five great-grandchildren, Sophie, Anya, Jack, Evie and Amy. She will be missed by David, Doreen, Julie, Monika, Simon and Rob.
