ROBINS, Vera Violet Robins (née Bayliss)
Vera died peacefully in her sleep on Portelet Ward at the General Hospital on Monday, 6 August, 2018. It was Vera’s wishes that her burial be private. Thanks to all of the staff at the Jersey General Hospital, Samarès Ward, Pinewood and Family Nursing & Home Care for Vera’s wonderful care. To Drs Simon Thompson and James Newton and staff at 7 David Place Surgery. Vera will be remembered for being such a wonderful person and we thank Marina for being such a dedicated friend. Thanks to everyone for the letters, cards and Telephone calls and support at this very difficult time. Vera’s request for donations is to the Special Care Baby Unit of the General Hospital. Cheques to be made payable to Miss C Robins and Mr R Rondel SCBU Charity Account (account audited) to continue their fundraising, because of the outstanding care given to Vera’s granddaughter Alexis.
