Passed away peacefully in the tender care of Jersey Hospice on Thursday, 16 August, 2018, aged 82 years surrounded by his loving family, beloved husband of Jean, much-loved Dad of Steve, Marcus, John and their families. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Thank you to everyone who attended the service at St Clements Church we were all overwhelmed by your kindness shown. To the staff on Corbiere Ward and also everybody at Clifton nursing home who looked after her with loving care. The Reverend Tracy Le Bromley who conducted the beautiful service and also gave me strength with her comforting words leading up to the funeral. The church organist Graham Caldbeck and Steve de Ste Croix who looked after all the funeral arrangements with his colleagues at Maillard’s with dignity and sensitivity. Finally we would like to thank everybody who has donated to the Jersey Brain Tumour Charity in Virginia’s memory.
