Suzanne and all the family would like to thank everyone who expressed their condolences following the sad loss of Anita. To those who called, sent cards, flowers, gave donations to Jersey Hospice Care and Jersey Cancer Relief in Anita’s memory and attended the funeral service to celebrate Anita’s life. Thank you to Canon David Shaw for officiating at the funeral service, thank you to the Verger Frank Woods, to Alan Mollet organist, Hugh Lince accompanist, for Simone Garton and Caroline de Gruchy who sang so beautifully, and for all who contributed to the funeral service. Thank you to the St Mary’s Honorary Police for the traffic management on the day of the funeral. We would like to sincerely thank Dr Nigel Minihane and the team at Castle Quay Medical Practice, Amanda Jones and staff at Jersey Oncology Department for their continued care and support to Anita and the family, and for giving her hope. To all agencies in Jersey and UK who were involved in Anita’s care, thank you. To the dedicated team at Jersey Hospice Care at both the day patient, and finally in patient unit where Anita’s end of life care was treated with dignity, respect, compassion and professionalism. To Pitcher & Le Quesne who attended to Anita’s final wishes, thank you.
